Booked a car for rent with myles cars, chennai. Had a horrible experience.
First thing they didn't provided me the car which i booked. They made some stories and asked me to take a useless car. I agreed with that and when i went to pick up the car they denied to provide me the car as i was not carrying my original license. All that they need is only license number which was clearly metioned on my license copy, after so much of drama i had to cancel the booking and asked them to refund the money. I also told them to charge cancellation fee and provide me the rest of money. They say that the company policy is that once you book it you cannot cancel in any circumstance and if you cancel there is no refund of money. This is very bad service. Looting the money from customer. Not sure with how many people they have done this. Please never ever try to book with myles cars. Don't do any online payment.
They also did the same with one of my friend's uncle, took 21k and didnt returned Was this information helpful? |
