Myles Car/carzonrent — Worst management

I had some urgent work, and tried to book a self driven car from gurgaon and contacted myles/carzonrent. Had a word with (Gulshan) about the booking, he said, the available car includes swift (With no security deposit) & hyundai i10 (With security deposit of 6000). While talking to him for 15-20 mins, the total price moved from 3700inr to 7865inr for no reason.
Then i was a sent a payment link for 7865inr on my email address and trust me, gulshan was somewhere near my head with a sword to pay the amount asap. I tried my sbi maestro card, with no expiration and cvv and it didn't went through.in this game, i was given another life by gulshan to pay the amount through paytm, did that.
Now, after i made the payment, i was given a no of an executive, responsible for document verification and who was about to handover the car.
I had my dl (Driving licence), voter id, pan card and aadhar card (Soft copy on my email id) which is valid, if shown on any handheld device, but no, myles want to see the hardcopy of aadhar card, in order to handover the vehicle. And finally, when there was no way, making them understand the concept of hard copy and soft copy (Sent from authority issuing aadhar card), i asked them to cancel the booking and refund the amount, here comes another catch.
Agent: sir, you will get only a partial refund.
Seriously!!
Anybody, reading this article from myles team, don't u have a bit of shame. You are worst then a scammer, taking away hard earned money from innocent people by playing these cheap tricks.
