We have tried to book a car twice from myles app and the money got deducted twice but no refund initiated or any intimation regarding the same. When i called the customer care they are saying it is stuck with bank whereas i have got a clear msg n statement that the money got deducted from bank.
Have anyone faced the similar issue?
Is myles taking any proper action regarding these complaints??
