Myles — Poorly maintained vehicle

The car given to us for my booking ID 6795380 was a Hyundai Creta.

Issue 1 - Car was dirty and unhygienic. I had to take the car to het it washed. It was a mental harrasment.

Issue 2 - Car did not start and had battery issues. To start it everytime we had to push it and give it a jump start. The concerned person did not seem to be bothered and no road side assistance was provided as mentioned in the contract. We were left lone and stranded to find a mechanic.

It was a huge mental trauma and was stressful thinking bout starting the car.
