Myles — refund not initiated

Hi this is the complain regarding car rent that i took from myles on 4 th nov 2017. The first times i took a car on rent from myles and totally worst service i experienced from there they provided me a damaged car maruti ciaz with half diesel i booked it online and got delivered my car from marathalli at 10 o clock night. I waited there till 1 hour then one person came and delivered me the car as he told me that if you give me the deposit on the spot then u will get the refund on the same day when you will return my vehicle. So i made the deposit by cash there as soon as i got the vehicle i noticed that the light was not working properly the high beam was not working even the car key lock sensor was not working as the bulb was fused on the low beam was working and also i was not able to drive the car properly some disk brakes were damaged already. As i noticed so may prob i told to that guy to change the vehicle but he started telling that this is only vehicle i have if any problem occurs you can call to customer care or owner. As some weekend plans were for me so i kept the vehicle move along with that but after driving 10 kms its started creating some sounds then i realized that i took a wrong vehicle i called to the owner he did not pick my call i called to that guy his phone was not reachable and also tried to customer care it was not connected as i stucked at night 2' o clock. So i continued with that vehicle only bcoz i do not have any option. After returning from my trip i went to the spot to return the vehicle then person came he inspect the vehicle then he was telling that u had damaged my disk brake i serviced the vehicle yesterday only u are giving damaged u hit it somewhere he started shouting on me and started telling some wrong words then i told him u can inspect whole vehicle if there will be any dent dont refund the deposit then he told me that u driven the vehicle by hand brake now you have to pay extra charges i told him that you gave me the vehicle like this only he was not even listening my words. Then he told talk to the customer care then after 14 days owner called me and was telling that i my vehicle disk brake got damaged and its is costing me around 25, 000 i am not asking you to pay the amount but i will not refund the amount. I simply told him that i will talk to customer care and from that day only its almost 1 and half month i am waiting for my refund customer care giving me false hope only telling wait for 24 hrs no one clearing anything. I am totally disappointed with the service.
