Myntra.com — amount debited but order didn't get placed | |
I tried to place order on myntra on 30th september 2019 at 11:30am. Order was of rs 510 I used paypal as payment gateway. My account was debited but order couldn't be placed. I received a paypal voucher as per the myntra offer of 50% (Rs 264) cashback on paypal gateway. I once again tried to complete my transaction, paypal voucher was auto applied this time and the total amount asked was rs263. Again this time the amount was debited but order was not placed. My account was debited rs 773 in total for a order of rs 510 yet my orser hasn't been placed yet. Was this information helpful? | |
