[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Complain against the Points message that I received from Myntra

Hi, being an old customer of Myntra, I received a message from Myntra on 3rd September 2014 stating that I have Points woth Rs. 954 in my account. But, when I logged in to my Myntra account I saw 0 points. I called the customer care and asked the agent about it and she said that sorry sir it was wrongly sent it to you. How can a reputed company like Myntra do this? They send these crappy SMSs to promote their product but this is just not promoting but fooling the customers. I have saved the message and have also taken the screen shot of it. I am going to drag Myntra into consumer court for misguiding the customer by sending incorrect SMS. Either Myntra should compensate for the Message or be ready to get Sued. I am planning to post this issue in all the forms and will also report it to consumer court.
