[Resolved] Myntra.com — complaining about refund. | |
Actually I had ordered a watch worth Rs 1124 from Myntra on 6th Feb and returned it on 9th Feb. Myntra has confirmed that they have initiated the refund on 9 Feb itself and it usually takes 9-10 days to get refunded in the account. But the amount hasn't been reflected in my account yet. I'm eagerly waiting for the refund to take place. Now the merchant (Myntra) conveyed the Bank Reference Number to get the details from the bank but the said bank (SBI) doesn't have any information regarding the same w.r.t. the reference number. I have also contacted Google Pay for the same; they too don't have any information and they said that the Bank reference number that Myntra has shared is the same as the UPI transaction ID from which I made the payment. I want you to please look into the matter asap. I'm waiting for the refund from past 20 days and none of them (Myntra, Gpay and SBI) is providing me with any information.
