Myntra.com — Damaged products | |||||
My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com I purchased heels from Myntra but it was a damaged product the day I received it on next day I made a request for return .As you can check my history I ordered a lot of products from Myntra but don't know from the last month wherever I purchased either it was damaged or shipped wrong products . Now they are saying they won't take it back n I have to bear the loss of 1700 . I was keep calling on Myntra help line no. They are saying they checked with quality staff the order was properly placed I asked them to send me recording where did you check but they said no we can't send you . This was the third time they did this to me but this time I can't ignore it . Please take an action against Myntra coz they started selling damaged products n this is same happened with my Frnds too . Was this information helpful? | |||||
