Myntra.com — Delivering the used product | |||||
I ordered levis shoes from myntra on 6 september and i received it on 9 September around 2 pm at my office. I opened the package and there were only shoes, no bag of levis which the company give with all their shoes. i touched the shoes and polish came off and there was area (damaged) which was covered with that polish . there was dirt on sole and seemed to be used. so ordered the return and told the same thing in their comment box for returning. Now they did't updated me until i dropped them an email regarding the return status. They emailed me and said that your return is been put on the hold. after 3-4 days later they again emailed me that they can't return the product as it looked used to them and there is dirt on sole. They simply told me the same thing i told them and now they are not returning my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
