Myntra.com — delivery agent bad attitude | |||
I got a call from delivery agent that he gonna deliver my order with in 2 hrs but after 5 to 6 hrs also he didn't reach me. I tried calling him but his two numbers were out of coverage and switched off, then i googled another number and called him then his office staff answered the call and said he was out for his bussiness work. Then again he called me back and asked from where did i get that number i said from google and i also said ur two numbers were switched off the he replied "my phone my wish". That's not the correct answer i think. He doesn't even know how to behave with customer and very bad attitude and even at 7:30 pm he didn't deliver my order and he also said he doesn't accept card. Very bad attitude, myntra should also concentrate on delivery agents behavior and should add a option to review the product and the delivery agents attitude because, many of them are doing this as their part-time job and delivering the products when they are free. As a result the customer have to wait for his call by stopping his works, main point is he should deliver the product with in half an hour from the time he call us for our availability.
