Myntra.com — delivery picked up however delivery guy marked as declined | |||
Order got picked up and delivery guy updated as customer declined. Since 23rd feb m calling myntra customer service and have reciy no response. They asked me to wait for 24 hours everytime i called them. Now they say they are transferring the call and disconnect it. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I want my issue to be fixed within 24 hours Was this information helpful? | |||

On 2nd February 2019 i was trying to buy clothes from myntra and i chose to pay from airtel wallet. For my order i had credited 325 inr in my wallet and debited 393.06 inr on the spot from my wallet but still my order is not placed on myntra. I called them but they said order is not placed so can't get refund. But i have attached what airtel said.
