Myntra.com — Denied to accept return

Myntra delivered me used shoes @1416rs
when i request to return the shoes courier boy denied to accept the product and says that it is used.but as shoes was delivered to me same to same i return to courier boy but courier boy denied to accept .
i complained to myntra customer care but they does not give approval'
no any solution given to me from myntra.
i complaint two times to myntra customer care but there is no so;ution give to me.
