Myntra.com — Exchange product not delivered | |||||
I created an exchange request for catwalk sandals as it was small in size. The myntra personnel came and collected the product I wanted to exchange. But when the delivery personnel came to deliver exchanged product, he asked me to return the sandal with smaller size. When I informed I have already returned the product, he misbehaved and didn't deliver. I raised issue with myntra but didn't get any proper reply. Its been about a month now.
