Myntra.com — have not received my order but showing as delivered

I have ordered roadster navy blue shirt from myntra with order number : 111025638169330002703 for my friend on 21st may 2019. My friend has not received the order but it was showing as delivered. I called my friend to ask how is the product. Suprisingly he said that he has not received the order. When he called the delivery boy he said he has delivered to wrong person. How can the delivery guy deliver to the wrong person without confirming. I want my order back by end of the day or else refund the total amount i paid. I even placed shoes to the same address.
