Myntra.com — horrible delivery service | |
Respected sir I ordered 2 Aurelia kurtas of 1149/- from your website. I pre-paid for the order using my debit card. Order no.[protected]-8488301 I was supposed to get the delivery 2 days back but didnt receive it yet. There is no proper update about the product. I only got a message saying you were unable to deliver the product. And no further instructions are given. I have calling the ecom delivery guy from days, they are rescheduling the product but not delivering it. First time the delivery guy didn't come to the exact address and later I got a message that I was not available. And this time all limits got crossed when I didn't even get a call and later got a message saying I was out of town so the order was not delivered, which is completely wrong. This was my first experience from myntra and it is extremely horrible. When we pay you we expect a proper service. I want a proper delivery and apology for all the problem I had to go through. Failing to do so, I will lodge a complaint with consumer court with all call history record and messages. Plz act upon the inconvenience I had to go through.
