Myntra.com — I got different product but I returned it still now didn't get a refund

I odered a pair of pant and shoe istead i got ladies dress i returned it and made a complaint i got only 2k refund remaining still pending no response still saying the samething sometime they not even picking up the call.. frustrating.i odered this dress on December 9th and raised a complaint on 12th.i spent 5thousand but they only refunded 2thousand they also took the return which is afemale dress .The one who delivered not picking up the call.i used to work night shift and earn money this tends to be my birthday dress my nirthday got over on December 18 but still now i dint get my refund this same thing happened to my friend also why this guys are sucking people's money...😔😔😔

I got ladies dress that not fair.they dnt even refund my money now if we call to tech support they not even answering just hanging up the call.
