Myntra.com — I'm complaining about amount got debited but the order is not placed

I ordered a product from myntra on sep 30, 2019 using my paypal account, the amount got debited but the order is not placed and when i contact to myntra they say that they have not git the money and they told me to talk to my bank and paypal customer service. I don't know why they are doing this but my paypal activity says the transaction is completed. I just want my money back. Myntra could not do this to me i am very old user of myntra. Please resolve the issue asap.

I haven't got the money back yet...they r saying that they have initiated the amount and I should have wait first 48 hours then they told me to wait for 24 hours...I asked them many times that when will I get the money back they r only saying to wait ..I don't know what to do.Please help.asap
