Myntra.com — incorrect delivery date given

I am highly dissatisfied with your services.
I ordered the product because it was getting delivered by today (14th june '18). I needed this product urgently today because i am going out of station.
You showed me that it will delivered by today.
I called you twice and the first time your executive dint bother to take any action & now i got the info that it is not been shipped yet.

So this is the service you are providing to your customers??

I am going to prefer amazon over you.
