Myntra.com — Item not being refunded for. | |||||
I bought a pair of trousers and didn't find it worthy enough for the price I paid. I requested for a return. The courier partner for myntra.com took almost 15 days to take the item back and then myntra got back to me stating the product is used. Apparently, I tried the product for a mere 2-3 minute time and even all the tags were intact. How can a product be used given the above conditions? Then emailed me that they've re-dispatched the item through indiapost as that the item cannot be refunded for. Indiapost never made the delivery to me and the parcel went back with the problem that it had insufficient address details. Completely frustrated with myntra.
