Order Id: 1160287 [protected] Product : Mast & Harbour Men's Grey Sneakers Size(8) Order ID : 1159982 [protected] Product : Van Huesen Men Navy Blue Leather Sneakers. Size (8) I ordered a Mast & Harbour Men's Grey Sneakers & Van Huesen Men Navy Blue Leather Sneakers from Myntra.com apart from other products over multiple orders in the last two weeks and recieved the delivery on 22-Dec-2020. As a practice during Covid Pandemic, we keep any new product in isolation for atleast 3 days for any possible virus on the surface of the product. On 24th Dec.2020, when I opened the products, I was dissatisfied with the quality of Mast & Harbour Men's Grey Sneakers and it was also two sizes large for me. I did not even walk 10 steps wearing those shoes. I immediately initiated return for the product and ordered another pair of Sneakers (Adidas Men Navy Blue Woven design VL Court 2.0 Sneakers). Also, while I liked the Van Huesen Men Navy Blue Leather Sneakers, it was 1 size large for my feet. I immediately tried for the exchange but Myntra did not allow the exchange stating their logistic partner did not have the exchange policy. I then placed the return request for size 8 and again ordered the same shoe but this time size 7. Both the items were picked on 25- Dec-2020, when I checked the refund status the next day, It showed "Return on Hold - Quality check failed" for both pair of shoes stating the products are used. I can confirm that I have not at all used these shoes and placed return within 10 minutes of opening the packet. Later the day, the refund status for Mast & Harbour shoes got updated to "Return Rejected" and they also shipped the product back to me. I opened the product back in front of delivery boy to check the product condition and he was also surprised as to why the product was marked used as it was brand new with the tags intact. Also, while I am writing to you, refund status for Van Huesen shoes is still on hold stating the product is used, I am sure that will also be rejected going by the cheap strategy that Myntra has been following; and I am afraid I will have to make do with same product with two different sizes because of the unfair trade measures that the company is currently practicing. If such malpractices continue, consumers will loose trust in these ecommerce websites just like I have lost in Myntra. I have raised the issue with customer care also and they have not been able to help. They are repeatedly saying that their system is showing that product is used. Also, While I have escalated to their seniors, I have recieved no call back as assured by one of their customer care executive. Any help here will be greatly appreciated.
