Myntra.com — MYNTRA - No Refund from myntra - no response from myntra customer care | |||||
I placed the order with Myntra on 21st August 2016 ( order no:[protected] Myntra was delivered on 28th August 2016 I raised a return request with Myntra on 01st September 2016 (return ID[protected] Item was picked up by Myntra ( delhivery ) on 19th September 2016 When I called Myntra customer care and raised the issue that I haven’t received my refund, they sent me a mail on 02nd October 2016 asking for my bank information. I replied on 05th October 2016 with Bank Information and got an acknowledgement E mail from Myntra confirming that they have received the details and quote “I can assure you that our team will get back to you with an update within 1 business day” Since nothing happened after that, I sent a reminder to Myntra on 10th October 2016 Myntra acknowledged the E mail and sent me a confirmation that the issue would be cleared within 1 business day. On 13th October 2016, I sent them an E mail and contacted their customer care executive, who assured me that at any cost I would get the payment by 17th October 2016 But nothing has happened so far and Myntra haven’t even bothered to contact me to tell me why this is so. The saddest part is the I still messages saying that my Item will be picked up soon which means that as per Myntra records, my item is yet to be picked up whereas in reality it was already done on 19th September 2016 Was this information helpful? | |||||
