Myntra.com — not getting proper response from the myntra customer service / team

I ordered products which are supposed to deliver by 28thjun
From 30th june i am calling cc every day as they are keep on repeating the same answer to wait for 24hours
I would like to proceed with the consumer case & trying to find the way to do so
Even faced the same issue the myntra partner ie... Jabong
Based on both the experience will file a case
