Myntra.com — not providing refund | |||
I placed a order on 9/10/2019 worth rs2000 from 2 different id at myntra total rs4000 deducted payment succeeded for both but no product shown in order history. They say payment will be reversed till 12th, then said it will be done by 14th, then said it will be done by 15th but today is 17th payment will not done. I am face lot of problem on this. I was about to get my parcel on 5th October and its already 12th there is no response from the myntra team . I have paid them via paytm but till now I havent received my parcel that had Safari Trolley Bag and no one from Myntra team is responding .
