Myntra.com — not refunding my amount

I had ordered a sleevless wildcraft mens jacket from myntra but than i found it damaged so i requested return request and return it by self shipment on 6december 2017 by india post. I kept on tracking the package and found it has been delivered to them on 11december 2017 but they are denying that it has been delivered to them and are not refunding my 1600rs. I returned a "Women Olive Green Solid Maxi Dress" back to myntra whose order was placed on 30 December 2017 with order No.[protected]-9485503.But i have not returned my refund yet and the dress is taken by delivery person from me.

I have ordered Roadstar sweetshirt on dec8 2017 and then I have returned that item but till now i did not get my refund. And Myntra people are telling that they have refunded the ammount.Almost more than 45 times I have called to Myntra but they are not helping me at all in this regard.
