Myntra.com — not responding against incomplete order

This has reference to order no.[protected]-8466401. The product i received, is incomplete (Duppatta missing), which is quite unsatisfactory. I have tried many times to get response from myntra but not get any positive reply till not.
Again i request you to do needful i this regard at the earliest.
