Myntra.com — one parcel was returned to origin however no one contacted me and the 2nd parcel was lost in transit however it was not shipped!!!

I have two issues.
1st - i had ordered a tommy hilfigher jacket and puma shoes on 22nd dec 2018 which was supposed to be delivered by 26th dec however i still didn't receive any notification.

2nd - i had ordered a being human sweatshirt on 27th dec and now i am receiving email that the ordered has been returned to origin however noone contacted me or came to deliver the product.
The order numbers are:
[protected]-2535303 and
[protected]-9012703
Myntra didn't even bother to inform me any uodate regarding the order, terrible service!!!

Updated by Praneek In the screenshot it's clearly states that order was cancelled due to technical issue but Myntra's twitter team is saying that the parcel was lost in transit however, the pracel was not shipped because the tracking was not generated!!!
