Myntra.com — order failed at payment but amount debited[protected]

I have placed order on 18 July 2018 for an amount of Rs. 1, 234 through Myntra mobile application. However, amount got debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank but the order did not got placed at Mynta application. However, while tracking the payment status, my banker has confirmed that the amount is already been transferred to Myntra - Merchant. Having the confirmation proof and could be provided on demand.

On confirmation from banker, I have been reaching out to Myntra through customer care from last 3 months and on having confirmation from Myntra official - Neha Shaikh and Priyanka Gupta - I have not only mailed my last 4 month bank statement to Myntra but also shared the same via uploading that on Myntra application.

However, still I am in search of order amount refund. Even now as well, Myntra officials are not able to define the route for resolution of my queries and again and again asking to share my bank statement.
Further, they are not able to justify the requirements for bank statement.

Today, when I asked Myntra official to connect to their senior, they disconnected the call. This is one of the example of pathetic service received from Myntra for resolution of queries.

After having so much mental torture, I decided to raise this issue with grievance officer.

Waiting for positive response and refund of amount before moving further to consumer court in case of no resolution within 3 days.
