Dear sir, i did not use any wrong word, nor did i try to send some wrong product, which is my second account. I have not violated anyone else's account nor said anything upside down. My name is ankit. Both of my accounts are in ankit's name. Apart from this, i have nothing to do with the third account. The complaint i had made from my account was with my id, while i was given the wrong parcel which was approved, yet i was complaining to the courier partner coming and talking to me, and on that complaint you did not take any action and blocked me, in which policy it is written that the correspondent partner should come to the customer and talk to him profanely, tell me.
