Myntra.com — Payment done but booking failed and refund not given in 3 months. | |||||
I made a payment of Rs 2655.94 on 3 Jan 2017 which failed to make any product booking but money was debited from my account. Citibank confirmed that they have made the payment to Myntra. For the past 3 months Myntra haven't given my money. This has been my worst experience trading online. I even shared my CC statement with them yet they have not taken any action yet.
