Myntra.com — Pickup agents and customer service | |||
Hello Guys, I am a old customer of myntra and lately I have been facing a lot of issues with them. I received a delivery of an item today. It is a pair of dressberry sandals and requested a return of the item today itself as I was not happy with the item. I was notified by myntra that the item will be collected today and I was waiting for it to be collected. At 4:17 pm I received a missed call from the delivery executive (I have a screenshot to prove) and soon after that I received a message which says my item failed the quality check and hence it cannot be returned now. I contacted myntra customer services soon and the lady on the phone gave me a mobile number which belongs to the pick up agent. The number provided was [protected]. I tried calling the number with my other mobile while keeping the customer care lady on the call and she heard that my call went unanswered. I tried ringing again and it didn't help. In the meantime the customer care lady constantly asked me about the quality check of the item I wanted to return. I was tired to telling the same english statement to her "The pick up guy did not come to my house to even look at the item". I tried calling the pickup guy about 50 times with both my numbers and he never answered and even blocked both my numbers from his phone and then switched off his phone at around 5:10 pm. I even tried to ring the desk number which myntra provides in their sms which is [protected]. The number kept ringing and nobody answered. I rang this number a minimum of 20 times from both my numbers. I called customer service again and the lady there informed me she can't connect me to her manager at all, all she could do is arrange for a call back from the escalation team and I had to agree to that as she didn't have any other option. The main reason why this is making me so furious is because the same story was repeated last month with a pair of sneakers. I wanted to return a pair of sneakers and I raised the return request the very next day after delivery. The pickup agent came to collect the item and as I was in a office meeting(wfm) my father took the shoe box downstairs and handed it over to the agent. The agent checked the price tag and the item properly before putting it inside his bag and then asked my papa to get my phone because he wanted to check if there is any feedback sms sent to me and he would like to get full rating for the same. My father informed him that the phone was with me upstairs and we will take care of feedback and it is not his concern. Later that day I was informed that the item did not pass quality check and because of that it will be shipped back to me. My question is, if the item did not have a price tag or was used wouldn't that be noticed by the pick up agent himself?! Or did the price tag go missing after the agent picked up the item and mainly because he didn't get to check my phone for his feedback message? I am so furious and frustrated with this service and specially with this pick up man which I suppose is the same person. My hope is that consumer complaints will take care of it and help us consumers fight against these companies and the agents they hire. Thank you team in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
