Myntra.com — Quality check failed | |||
I ordered a PANASH Women Gold-plated and green kundan embellished handcrafted jewellery set from Myntra (order ID # 1160281 [protected]) amounting Rs. 1180. Since I received the damaged product I filled a return request. On 24 dec 2020, the delivery partner (shadowfax) said that he can't take the item back as he is not aware of the product being damaged and went back. Minutes after I recieved a message on my phone that my product has failed quality check. I tried contacting myntra but of no use. No one is available to talk. They just generate an electronic voice calling service which does not listens us. Myntra first delivered a damaged product and then failed the quality check so that customer bears the whole amount that too of a damaged item. I am not at all happy with its services.
