Myntra.com — received duplicate jbl headphones from myntra and missing parts

Hi all,

I have received duplicate jbl headphones e45bt with missing aux and charging cable. Headphone box was opened inside. Myntra has denied by refund, as per them it was good in the logistics department. I have raised the case just 5 mins after opening the box and shared all the images. Please help me.
