Myntra.com — Received Wrong product and they changed the details in order history | |||||
I ordered an item from myntra.They changed the item details in website against that product order code in their website later. And this new item was shipped to me.The order invoice i received has a different name and product has different name.After so many complaints to their customer care they are not ready to accept the fault.And is rejecting the return.Never pay anything online in myntra. Myntra sent my order to me.. 1 day late.. and what i found it was used.. and damaged... I called them up.. they denied for replacement and return... It wasn't expected from myntra.. i want.. it to be replaced...
