Myntra.com — Refund amount not received due to warranty card misplaced | |||||
Women black dial analogue fastrack watch which was returned back to myntra on 31st jan i have still not received my refund even after making several calls to myntra. they claim of not receiving the warranty card. its almost a month without receiving the amount and any proper update. what will i do with a warranty card when i do not have the product with me. Last two days call your custmer care regarding my issue of taking so much time in delivery, they says all the time it will delivered on 15th feb but till now it didn't delivered.your customer care also not responsive against complaint .so do service better next time .
