Myntra.com — refund of 4000 (worst customer service) haven't got my refund after 25 days

I ordered 2 items from [protected]@gmail.com and after returning it on 16th oct i still haven't got refund and trust me they have the worst customer care service on any e commerce website
They won't update your details or initiate refund through calling on their helpline number
Their helpline is useless
