Myntra.com — Regarding Delay in Delivery and Worst Service | |||||
Hello Myntra, It's really sad to be the part of your sale this time, i ordered 10 items which were told to get delivered on 28th of June, i got another update from your side that the order is delayed to 30th June. Due to this issue, i couldn't travel to some place and cancelled my ticket. It's 3rd June now and order is not yet delivered, there is no way to contact Ekart Logistics to know current status of the order. It shows my order is reached to Hyderabad at 26th of June. I even raised the complaint to customer care twice and they are asking me to wait for a weak. I will end up using your services from now onwards, its really very sad to see this from your side. -An Unhappy Customer Was this information helpful? | |||||

When I raised this thing to customer care he refused my compaint by saying that they deliver everthing with tag only.
Now I am unable to returned the product. please help.
