Myntra.com — regarding refund after cancellation of product

I placed an order from the myntra app and paid using upi (Google pay) but i cancelled the order right away due to size issues. But i haven't received the refund yet. I called the helpline also but they say they have initiated the refund but it has not been reflected in my account. Please help me for getting my refund amount back. My order no.
