[Resolved] Myntra.com — regarding shipment issue | |||
I had placed an order having no.23034016 on 15 Nov 2014. There were 3 items in that order from which 2 have been delivered. Rest one product has been shipped by FedEx courier service with tracking no[protected] according to their record.The order has to be delivered to rewari which is 60 km away from Gurgaon from which the shipment has been initiated. It has to be delivered by 21st Nov 2014. But till now the product has not been delivered. I have called the customer care of myntra on 22nd Nov They assured me that they have registered a complaint it should be delivered within next 5 working day. Now Today i again contacted them they are telling me another 2 working day otherwise your cash will be refunded. I am supposed to need that item that's why i have ordered it then why they are taking so much days time and again not delivering the product and now telling cash back option. Another policy was mentioned in their website that if product is not delivered within delivery date, then they should cash back the amount of the product then why they take extra time? so now i claiming to them to deliver the product as soon as possible and make the cash back as they have taken extra time but still then they are unable to deliver.
