Myntra.com — Return not accepted

Order no.[protected]. I purchased puma shoes from myntra and they have delivered the other shoes n used shoes and  now i complained to cce and spoke with him. They are asking for images.  and i have send all the required images to them. After three days i got an email frm myntra and saying that its not there fault and have rejected my return complaint.  i am very disappointed for trusting myntra. And apart from taking responsibility they were denying that its not their mistake.
I wanted to know whose mistake is this. Because at the point where i am standing my only mistake is to shop from them.  myntra is simply ridicules and worst site i have ever experienced. Its my first n worst shopping from myntra. Now i m not going to purchase anything from this sick site.
