Myntra.com — till date refund not received

Dear team,

On 5 jan 2019, i have purchased winter jacket from myntra app and payment made from freecharge wallet as on[protected] at 10:00 am, so amount deducted from my wallet but product was not booked. Refund still not received in my wallet and i was discuss with myntra team representative he said that i need to talk with freecharge.
Then i have made another payment from freecharge wallet for that product.

Please find the attachment of transaction statement which shows two transaction.
