Purchasing trench coat from myntra through airtel payment wallet. My money deducted bt myntra didn't receive my payment order confirmation pls say this gateway to send my payment to myntra. Soon as soon urgent. Pls solve my issue. It's very bad happens i neevr expected airtel payment gateway will do these things. Nov 26, 2019 Updated by Farheen17e I did payment again for the same item so Pls refund my previous money Nov 26, 2019 Updated by Farheen17e Pls refund my previous money to my bank account now Nov 26, 2019 Updated by Farheen17e I was purchasing item yesterday money cut off bt order was not confirmed so again I did payment today for the same item .now order confirmed bt I lost my previous payment money so pls refund that money which were stucked during gateway and didn't reach to Myntra See attached image and refund it to my account or wallet

I placed the order on myntra on 11nov 2019, still my order is in queue state means not confirmed . I paid around Rs16000. Myntra customer service unable to help ne.
