Myntra.com — unable to return the product within 30 days | |||||
I had purchased a jacket from Myntra which got delivered on Oct 15. I want return it back since I did not like it. As per the policy it says i can return in 30 days however the application is saying i have passed 30 days timeline and cannot be returned. Infact the product did not show the return button even on the next day of delivery and showed the attached message. I connected to customer service but no response, the automated system was unable to answer the request of return.
