Myntra.com — Wrong product shipped and not accepting return

I had placed order on myntra.Com on 2/07/2016 for a dressberry tote bag and catwalk sandals. Order no :[protected]. After approximately 8 days i received a parcel which contained two t-shirts. I had initiated returns and provided them with necessary things which was required to channelize return within 3-5 days after i received the product. Return request was approved.In spite of sending images of the wrong products shipped; the person who came to collect the products (For return) refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order. Further the declined the return request. After repeated calls they initiated the return request again declined. Even they refuge to provide the products which i had ordered. Then i had called customer care and registered a complaint with them on 25/07/2016 for picking up products for return and initiate return and provide me with the products which i had originally ordered. Customer care executive told me that you cannot get the products but i can put up a request for compensation. Request no for both: [protected] and[protected]. Final status shows return request accepted on 28/07/2016 and should be picked within 4-7 business days. But now it is more than 10 days and it has not yet picked up. I am unsure now will they accept return now as it is past one month. I have completely lost my trust with myntra bcz of such a pathetic service. I need to beg them to rectify their mistake. How can be a bag & sandal be replaced by t shirts. I want to return the products and in return i expect compensation for my loss.

On 8/08/16 on Myntra customer service again a complaint was created.[protected]. Status on 9/08/16 - I receieved a message that product is out for pick up in afternoon. By early evening I received message pick up attempt failed, in reality there was no attempt to reach home or even contact on phone or revert back calls made by the person who was coming for pick up. Within half an hour I received mail that return request is cancelled. At 10 in night I called customer care to ask reason for the same, what he said shocked me. I have cancelled return request from my side. SO today again I had to create a return request through higher channels as once month is pass post delivery so customer care is also not able to initiate return. Complaint no[protected]. I have registered complaint against delivery agent as well for giving fraud reasons and causing inconvenience. Complaint no.[protected]

I have ordered a pair of jockey vests under order number[protected]-0883701 and an invictus shirt under order number[protected]-8070103 . I have received the vests but haven't received the shirt .

In my myntra app it is showing d shirt is delivered and vest is returned but actually the reverse has happened. You have refunded the amount of vests instead of shirt.

Hence it is my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and refund me the correct amount .

In this covid-19 period we can order cloth, but it can't fit for size or wrong material, cant you accept return
I ordered a pants and instead i got a vest. Registered a return, posted pics and did all that was necessary still they refused my return. I dont understand when its there fault why do we have to suffer, they are not giving my money back when it was there fault. Order num - ending with 83603
I ordered libs woman orange and white printed kurta with skirt but I was delivered blue libs kurta, so requested return but the executive put it on hold due to quality check. When I called customer care they said they can't register call back due to reduced staff. Later I get msg stating they tried to call me but couldn't reach me.

I had ordered elle black heels however I have received elle whit shoes.this item was delivered on 14dec same day itself I had raised request even had asked the delivery agent to take the item back.still the item is not collected and they are cancelling the return pick up from der end..which is very disappointing. Kindly look into this

Never order this brand they cheat by sending a different item .. happened with me also
I ordered a PUMA crop top of amount 1299 but after receiving the package, it had a floret sports bra inside. Now the service is denying the pickup and the refund. Pathetic customer service
I had ordered a shirt of jack and jones where i received a tshirt of the same brand. I had immediately called to the delivery boy that i had received a wrong product and he said we cant do anything . Its upto myntra if he will provide approval then only we can accept your return. As a huge customer base myntra is doing fraud like this.

I have ordered a Gap T shirt for Rs 799 instead I have received a a t shirt of Rs 399 which is completely a different brand. And the delivery boy is not accepting the return.Very much disappointed. Now I doubting myself to order other products 1from myntra again.

I ordered pink and orange saree... But I received purple saree.. totaly different product... And they are not accepting this.. very much frustrating... While how many products have I bought...
Pathetic customer service.. Due to size issues tried to return the product.. But even without collecting the product, they claimed that it’s damaged product and cancelled my return request.. Worst shopping site

Same here. The product was from indo era! Totally different from what I orderes.They dint even provide tag! The dress looks crushed. They are refusing to deliver cause its the wrong product. I put exchange because it is wrong product and they are took their sweet time and finally messaged me to put the picture of tag! How do i put picture of a tag when those people did not even put the tag. ### myntra and indo era!
I'd ordered a FCUK sweatshirt. Instead I received a T №№№ of poor quality. Seems like this has become their modus operandi to loot the CUSTOMERs.

I order a vishudh embroided faux pashmina kurta but i received Tokyo talkies purple coloured pants as shown in pic ( very cheap )...the delivered item is totally different from the item which i ordered. But Myntra customer care service is not accepting its fault. A big loop hole is there ... Pathetic customer service... A big fraud by myntra

I am also facing the same issue. I ordered a miss chase flared jeans from Myntra worth rs 1358 but when I received the product it was different.I has received a skinny jeans from any other brand. I complaint about that & had requested a return as the received wrong or different product. After 2 days when pickup person come to collect the parcel he ask it is different then I showed him the request category & complaint status but he refused to take that my return request was updated as hold due to failed in security check. Again I complaint in help section through chat section because no one was picked up the call from Myntra customer service. Complaint was registered & mentioned as to wait for 24 hours. But on the next day, it was showing resolved without any update. As per them they can't accept return because different product. I re-open the complaint yesterday but now it showing to wait till 20 July 2023. I also called customer service but as per them they can't help in this. It is bad experience. Customer service team is just to refuse to help. I am very disappointed. I just want refund. Amazon & Flipkart customer care atleast try to resolve the issue & far better than Myntra. Myntra Is making profit only by sending wrong product to their customers. Please help.
