Myntra.com — wrong update at sale point of time

Hi I'AM SHAIK ABDUL FAIZE, Placed order on Jan 3rd ADIDAS Sports track at the time of proceeding i have received a pop up of complimentary bag worth of Rs:-850/- along with this track, But i have received only track when i called customer care the executive said that the compliment will be dispatch with different courier and after aweek again i have called on 25/01/2015 the customer support people says their is no compliment with this product.
