Myntra courier partner(Ekart logistics) delivered wrong product..after receiving every i am calling to myntra support to take back your delivered item and refund my money. Not caring for consumer complaints alsoImage 1: No response from myntra Image 2: Clear proofs of someone/some others product single item they have delivered ..after paid to 3 items. Problem is after 50 days from paid date..no action no resolution from myntra customer service. My return was picked up on 27th JAN 2017.
It's been 8 days already and haven't received any information regarding my refund.How long can i expect?
The email on myntra.com is not working not the telephone number.
I think Myntra is trying to avoid the customer's complaints.
