Myntra & Saree Swarg — wrong product delivery

The fabric is entirely different. I asked for exchange with correct product myntra denied to exchange the same saying we'll refund. I do not understand why should I get refund I want the correct product only when the product is available with them. Even if they sent a different product I am ready to keep it but I am not sure if the product worth of the money I paid for, And nobody is there to clarify the same to me. Please help me to convey them the same, I loved both the sarees I want to have both. I want to buy the same saree again but I am afraid if they send me the same stuff twice then my money would get stuck again for another 20 days. I just want a clarification from the Brand that yes they sent the wrong product and they'll replace it with correct one if not then I can keep the wrong product but only after knowing the exact value of the product. As the one which is delivered is seems to be a georgette fabric and what I have ordered is silk saree.
