[Resolved] Myntra.com — Bad quality product received | |||
Dear sir, i had bought a pair of Reebok shoes from your site www.Myntra.com on the 2nd or 3rd July and I first used the product on the 6th for my fitness training. While running on a cemented rough path, I accidentally fell and rolled off to some extent. When I stood up gain so to run, I observed that the left side on the front of the front shoes weared off. As a small slip on the cemented floor caused it to tear the newly bought shoes.I filed a return request, and your official came to pick up the product, but when he arrived he refused to take it away and said that your team has received my complaint and that i would receive an approval message within a day or so and then my product pickup will be scheduled. But i didn't seem to get any message from your staff. As my product is covered under 30 day return-warranty, i would like you to schedule a pickup for my product and replace it with a fresh piece as fast as possible. I need to change it quickly. I highly appreciate your services. I hope you do the needful as early as possible and keep updating me for the pickup of my good. Was this information helpful? | |||
