Approximately 2 weeks ago i placed a order of black solid backpack o[censored]nited colours of benneton from myntra shopping app I got these product on time but somehow quality was worst so i placed return and refund request. So next day my product was picked up from my home. I provided them my paytm payments bank account details for refund. But its more than a week i am not able to get my refund. Delivery boy called me and told me to come to a different area as if was not able to come to my house then he told me he'll call after 5 min and he cancelled my order
