Myntra.com — Deficiancy in services | |||||
I have ordered a sweatshirt from Myntra.com on 18th Dec 2016, but that was oversized so their customer care told me to return the product instead of exchanging it. But when I asked for pick up the ordered product as per their policy then they denied that they don't have pickup facility at my address . they asked me to send the product by Indian post and they will reimburse the amount along with postal charges. I sent the product to the address provided by them but the address was insufficient as per Indian Post ( Shown in Consignment Tracking system) I told the same to Myntra team and asked them to provide the pickup facility and reimburse my amount with postal charges but they are taking the issue lightly and ignoring the issue from last 20 days. They are not providing any solution instead just stretching the issue longer and longer. You are kindly requested to look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
